Exchange of product
Items purchased directly from the shop are not eligible for exchange or return. However, for online purchases, size exchanges are allowed subject to product availability.
Return policy
We regret to inform you that we do not offer a return or refund policy. All sales are final. We kindly request you to review and check your items carefully before completing your purchase, and take as much time as needed to ensure satisfaction.
Warranty policy
Warranty is provided only when offered by the distributor and will be applicable according to the respective company’s terms and conditions. For example, helmets are covered under warranty only for manufacturing defects, while intercom or Bluetooth devices are covered for the device itself.
EMI facility
Purchase over BDT 5000 can be transformed to EMI through SSL Commerce. Credit card is applicable for EMI. All credit cards except BRAC and City bank cards are accepted.
